Abigail is the director and founder of Rose & Thistle Social, a dynamic entrepreneur specialising in social media and digital marketing.

In 2020, she launched the blog Marketing in Scotland as a valuable resource during the pandemic, offering marketing tips and tricks to support businesses and learn from industry professionals.

With a passion for helping service providers get the very most out of their social media marketing and wanting to help spread the word about important subjects. Abigail expanded her services in 2021 to provide high-quality social media management and consultancy across the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world.

In August 2023, she took her blog and freelancing career to the next level by launching Rose & Thistle Social Ltd. Along with this new direction, she also launched her first online course, The IG Growth Accelerator - the self-paced course for service-based business owners to master Instagram.

Abigail has worked in marketing for 5+ years and, with her 17-year creative background and expertise, has elevated numerous sectors' online presence, including sports, specialist coaching, real estate, education, music, events, community interests, beauty, mental health, lifestyle and medical devices.

Recognised for her achievements, Abigail was nominated for a Business Women Scotland Business Award in 2022 and has guest-spoken at universities in Scotland, networking events, online community spaces and business podcasts. More recently, Abigail was also nominated for a BWC Power of Inspiration Award 2024.
