Hi, Abigail here! I’m thrilled you’re considering booking a strategy day with me to boost your social media presence. Before booking, please read the following terms carefully to understand what’s included, how the process works, and the support you’ll receive.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of the strategy day services offered by Rose & Thistle Social Ltd. They set out the terms under which these services are provided and your rights as a client. These terms are subject to your consumer rights under the law.

Service Overview

Our Strategy Sessions are half-day sessions held at a location that works best for you (either in person or virtually). Both options are designed to provide you with an actionable plan you can implement immediately to grow your business.

What’s Included

• A 3-hour in-person or virtual strategy session to deep dive into your business and goals.

• A detailed 30-day content plan tailored to your brand.

• An Instagram audit to identify opportunities and improvements.

• A feed plan and Canva templates to support your confident and consistent online presence.

• Clarification of your business direction, target audience, and refined positioning.

• A crafted social media strategy aligned to your goals.

• Optional Add-on: AI-powered prompts for evergreen content repurposing (available at checkout).

• Two weeks of WhatsApp check-ins following the session for light-touch support and accountability.

Booking & Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking, via Thrivecart or the designated payment platform.

• Upon payment confirmation, you will receive instructions to schedule your strategy day session.

• Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability and may be held at a location convenient for you or virtually.

• All bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

• Payment plans are available.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the session will forfeit 25% of your total session cost.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session will require payment of the full remaining balance.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session and are subject to availability.

• Rescheduled sessions may incur additional fees if requiring a new booking outside the original terms.

Deliverables & Support

• Following your session, you will receive the agreed deliverables (content plan, feed plan, audit report, templates).

• WhatsApp support for 2 weeks post-session is designed for brief check-ins and questions but does not replace ongoing coaching or mentoring.

• Additional support beyond the included WhatsApp check-ins is available and can be discussed separately.

Intellectual Property

• All materials, plans, templates, and content provided during and after the session remain the intellectual property of Rose & Thistle Social Ltd.

• You may use these materials for your personal business, but may not share, distribute, or resell them.

Confidentiality & Privacy

• Your personal and business information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

• Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes, with your prior consent.

Limitations & Results

• While I aim to provide actionable strategies and support to help grow your business, I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

• Your results depend on your application of the strategies and your individual circumstances.

Behaviour Policy

• Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times.

• Rose & Thistle Social Ltd reserves the right to terminate services without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
