Hi, Abigail & Demi here. We’re so excited that you are planning to purchase a space on our retreat in Paris, France, 48 Hours in Paris. Before purchasing your space, there are a few key points to consider regarding what you are buying, what you can expect, and the service you will receive from us.

Please read the terms below. If you’ve any questions after finishing, do not hesitate to get in touch, and we will be happy to discuss further.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of a space on our content shoot retreat, 48 Hours in Paris, offered by Noir & Noble and Rose & Thistle Social Ltd. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Noir & Noble and Rose & Thistle Social Ltd provide services to you, as the purchaser of 48 Hours in Paris. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived.

Course Outline

24 Hours in Paris is a 48-hour content retreat taking place in Paris, France, between Thursday 30th April 2026 until Saturday 2nd May 2026, designed to provide attendees with the opportunity to capture high-quality photo and video content, collaborate with other entrepreneurs, and experience guided networking sessions and content creation activities.

This is an immersive, in-person experience.

Payment Terms

The total cost of the retreat is £1100.00 per person.
Payment must be made via the payment plans or in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, personal emergencies, or changes of mind.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person, subject to prior written approval from Noir & Noble and Rose & Thistle Social Ltd, provided the replacement participant meets any stated eligibility requirements and full payment has been received.

Your purchase/booking includes:

• Accommodation (breakfast included)

• Dinner on Thursday, 30th April 2026

• Voucher towards dinner on Friday, 1st May 2026

• Access to the full 48-hour content experience

• Access to our private WhatsApp Community

• Shared access to photography and videography opportunities, and final images and videos - light editing will take place for lighting purposes.

• Group creative direction and travel support from Noir & Noble and Rose & Thistle Social Ltd

Your booking does not include:

• Flights to/from Paris

• Transfers to your departure destination

• Transfers in Paris

• Insurance

• Personal expenses

• Lunch and other food expenses which aren’t listed above

Retreat Specifics

The retreat itinerary includes:

• Guided content creation sessions across pre-selected Parisian locations

• Group creative direction from the hosts

• Photography and videography opportunities - Abigail will be gathering content through the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, iPhone and Camera.

• Networking, co-working and collaboration time with other attendees

Please note:

• The retreat schedule is a framework, and timings or locations may change based on weather, venue access, or other logistical factors.

• Attendees are responsible for their own travel and insurance, unless stated otherwise in their booking confirmation.

• Most meals are included unless specifically mentioned.

• Attendees are expected to arrive on time for all activities; sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded if missed.

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing during the retreat, including managing your energy, hydration, and personal belongings.

Private WhatsApp Group

You will have access to a private WhatsApp group to support you during the programme. The intention of the WhatsApp group is to provide a community support network and enhance the retreat experience. This method is used by Noir & Noble and Rose & Thistle Social Ltd as it provides an effective way to communicate and keep people accountable.

Demi and Abigail will regularly message and offer support, but there is no guarantee that messages will be responded to immediatley. The substantive method of communication will be via email. Noir & Noble and Rose & Thistle Social do not run or own the WhatsApp group and make no guarantees that the WhatsApp group will be available at any specific time.

Travel and Liability

You are responsible for arranging your own travel and insurance. We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. We are not liable for:

• Flight cancellations, delays, missed connections, or transport issues

• Weather conditions, natural events, strikes, or political unrest

• Venue, supplier, or third-party changes

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

Should any planned activities, venues, or schedules need to be changed due to factors beyond our control, we reserve the right to amend or substitute activities without prior notice.

We request that all flights be secured and booked no later than Monday, 16th March 2026. Travel details must be shared with Noir & Noble and Rose & Thistle Social Ltd to ensure a smooth arrival into Paris.

Conduct and Behaviour

This retreat is designed to be collaborative, creative, and enjoyable. We expect all attendees to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.

We will not tolerate:

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour

• Intoxication during professional content sessions

• Any actions that compromise the safety or enjoyment of other attendees

Attendees must be over 18. You are an adult participant and remain responsible for your own safety, actions, and belongings at all times. We are here to facilitate the experience, not to supervise, chaperone, or act as caretakers.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the retreat without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or negatively impacts others.

Content Creation and Usage

By attending 24 Hours in Paris, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be captured during the retreat by Noir & Noble, Rose & Thistle Social Ltd, or other participants of the retreat.

These assets may be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes by either business or participants’ businesses. If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.

You retain ownership of any personal content you create during the retreat. However, commercial use of images featuring other attendees without their consent is not permitted.

Refunds and Cancellation

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of retreat logistics and advance costs, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to travel disruption, illness, or change of plans.

If the event must be postponed or cancelled by us for reasons beyond our control, we will offer a rescheduled date or a credit toward a future event; refunds will not be provided.

Limitation of Liability

Your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. By attending, you release and hold harmless Noir & Noble, Rose & Thistle Social Ltd, from any liability, claims, or expenses arising from participation in this retreat, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are important to us. We will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. We will be provided with your email address and name, but we will never be provided with your financial information.

Please be aware that the retreat will be documented and recorded, and your name and image/video may be captured. If you provide or share any information throughout the retreat about yourself or your business, that information will be shared within the group.

Feedback and Complaints

If you have any feedback about the retreat, please do share it with us. It is always great to receive words of praise, and it is also helpful to get constructive comments. We really hope that you love this retreat as much as we do, but if you would like to make a complaint, this should be made in writing to both demi@noirandnoble.com and info@roseandthistlesocial.com.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to 48 Hours in Paris.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the retreat delivery to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of a space on this retreat.
