These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of the strategy day services offered by Rose & Thistle Social Ltd. They set out the terms under which these services are provided and your rights as a client. These terms are subject to your consumer rights under the law.

Service Overview

Our 1:1 Sessions are one-hour or two-hour 1:1 calls held virtually. Both options are designed to provide you with advice you can implement immediately to grow your business.

What’s Included

• A 1-hour or 2-hour virtual session to deep dive into your burning business and/or marketing questions.

Booking & Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking, via Thrivecart or the designated payment platform.

• Upon payment confirmation, you will receive instructions to schedule your 1:1 session.

• Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability and will be held virtually.

• All bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

• Payment plans are available.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• No refunds will be given if cancelled.

• Rescheduled sessions may incur additional fees if requiring a new booking outside the original terms.

Deliverables & Support

• You will receive 1:1 time with Abigail online to go through your burning business or marketing questions.

• Additional support beyond is available and can be discussed separately.

Intellectual Property

• All materials, plans, templates, and content provided during and after the session remain the intellectual property of Rose & Thistle Social Ltd.

• You may use these materials for your personal business, but may not share, distribute, or resell them.

Confidentiality & Privacy

• Your personal and business information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

• Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes, with your prior consent.

Limitations & Results

• While I aim to provide actionable tasks and support to help grow your business, I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

• Your results depend on your application of the strategies and your individual circumstances.

Behaviour Policy

• Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times.

• Rose & Thistle Social Ltd reserves the right to terminate services without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
