The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of digital productsoffered by Rose & Thistle Social Ltd. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Rose & Thistle Social provide services to you, as the purchaser. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived.

Purchasing a product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use only. It does not transfer ownership of the product or any intellectual property rights.
3. Permitted Use
When you purchase a digital product from Rose & Thistle Social Ltd, you may:
Access and use the product for your own personal use or within your own business
Download or save a copy for your own reference, where applicable
Print materials for your own use, where relevant
You may not:
Copy, share, forward, sell, sublicense or redistribute the product to any third party
Modify, reproduce or republish the materials as your own
Use the content for resale or commercial distribution
Upload the materials to shared drives, membership platforms or public websites where others can access them
Remove any copyright, branding or proprietary notices
Claim any part of the product as your own intellectual property

4. Account Access and Delivery
Where products are delivered via a customer portal, course platform or protected digital library, it is your responsibility to ensure your login details are kept secure.
You are responsible for providing the correct email address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery where incorrect contact details have been provided by you.
Access to digital products may be revoked without refund if these Terms are breached.
5. No Guarantees or Results

7. Refund Policy
