The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of Content Shoots offered by Rose & Thistle Social Ltd. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Rose & Thistle Social provide services to you, as the purchaser of a Content Shoot. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived.

Booking & Payment

• All payments are processed upfront via Thrivecart at the time of purchase.

• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive instructions to book your pre-shoot consultation call.

• Your shoot date will be scheduled during the pre-shoot call, based on the availability of both parties.

• Payment must be completed before any shoot dates are confirmed.

• No shoot dates will be reserved without full payment.

Content Shoot Overview

• You may book either a half-day shoot (3 hours) or a full-day shoot (6 hours).

• Both options include professional filming and photography using the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, designed to capture social media ready visuals aligned with your brand.

• Prior to the shoot, we will hold a pre-shoot consultation call to ensure the content aligns with your brand vision and speaks directly to your audience.

• After the shoot, you will receive:

  • Up to 5 edited Reels for a half-day shoot or 10 edited Reels for a full-day shoot. These will be polished and ready to post online.

  • All raw footage from the shoot is delivered via Google Drive for your ongoing content needs. Please note you have 30 days to save your own copy of this content before Rose & Thistle Social have the right to clear access.

Deliverables & Timeline

• Edited Reels will be delivered within 7 calendar days after the shoot date.

• Raw footage will be provided via Google Drive within 14 calendar days of the shoot.

• Turnaround times may vary due to workload or unforeseen circumstances; I will keep you informed throughout the process.

Usage Rights

• You are granted full rights to use the edited Reels and raw footage for your social media channels, website, marketing campaigns, and promotional purposes.

• You may not sell, license, or sublicense the content to third parties without prior written permission from Rose & Thistle Social Ltd.

• Rose & Thistle Social Ltd have the rights to use this content for promotional purposes for content shoots in the feature.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the shoot will forfeit 50% of the shoot price.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the shoot require full payment - no refunds will be issued.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot and are subject to availability.

• Rescheduled shoots may incur additional fees if requiring a new booking outside the original terms.

Client Responsibilities

• Please attend the pre-shoot consultation and provide clear brand guidelines, objectives and any relevant materials.

• Arrive prepared and on the shoot day, ready for filming and photography.

• You are responsible for securing any necessary location permissions, arranging wardrobe, styling, props, or other items, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability & Safety

• Rose & Thistle Social Ltd will take all reasonable care to deliver the shoot as agreed, but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, technical failures, or other events beyond our control.

• You agree to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of yourself and anyone involved in the shoot.

Model Release & Promotional Use

• By participating in the shoot, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in the deliverables and for Rose & Thistle Social Ltd’s promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only to facilitate the shoot and delivery of services.

• Your payment data is processed securely by a third-party provider; Rose & Thistle Social Ltd will never have access to your financial details.

Refunds

• Refunds are only provided if Rose & Thistle Social Ltd fails to deliver the agreed services or under applicable statutory rights.

• If you believe the deliverables are faulty or do not meet the agreed scope, please contact us immediately at info@roseandthistlesocial.com to discuss.

Intellectual Property

• All content created during the shoot remains the intellectual property of Rose & Thistle Social Ltd.

• You are licensed to use the content as described in Section 4 but may not duplicate, distribute, or sell the content without permission.

Behaviour Policy

• Respectful behaviour is expected from all participants during the shoot and related communications.

• Rose & Thistle Social Ltd reserves the right to stop or terminate a shoot if inappropriate behaviour occurs.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

• Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
