Hi, I’m Abigail Mills

A social media expert based in Edinburgh with over five years of experience in consultancy, management, and mentoring. I work with 7-figure businesses delivering high-level social media management, support SMEs through consultancy programmes, and mentor freelance social media managers to grow with confidence.

What began in 2020 as Marketing in Scotland, an Instagram blog sharing simple marketing tips during the pandemic, quickly grew into a freelancing career, and in 2023, I founded Rose & Thistle Social Ltd. Today, I help service providers utilise organic social media to not only market their businesses but also generate sales, while mentoring social media managers to build sustainable, profitable businesses of their own.

I’ve worked across various industries, from sports and healthcare to weddings and real estate, and have helped multi-million pound businesses utilise social media to position themselves as industry leaders, attract consistent leads, and increase sales.
